Why does first cleaning service cost more than subsequent cleaning services?

This is because it requires more time and effort than subsequent visits. Sometimes it takes us twice as much time and efforts. Since it is not likely that it has been cleaned recently, a lot of dirt would have accumulated in different parts of your house. Besides, old dirt or stain is usually more difficult to remove than new ones.

Hidden and difficult areas to clean like under your sofa will definitely have so much dust. Besides, it has become a common trend that very old dirt usually gets mixed with grease and this makes cleaning more difficult and more time-consuming. But this usually won’t be the case subsequent times.

Is your company fully insured?

We are not only fully insured, we are also bonded because we want the best for you and your family. To underscore our claims, we can provide our insurance certificate on request.

Do the same people come for every visit?

Yes, it is a normal practice within our organization that the same people should go to the same houses so as to build good relationship with you and for faster service as they would have mastered every part of your house. But sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, the staff handling your home may not be available and we will be forced to send someone else. Be sure that whenever that happens, you will still be in safe hands. Besides, we will notify you if we are sending a different person to clean your home.

Do you train your employees?

Sure, we do. Even though the best sets of training are the ones received on the job, we regularly train all our staff on all our products and procedures. Not only that, we usually send them for relevant seminars, conferences, workshops.. etc

What makes you better than others?

Our charges are reasonable. They are relative lower than what most of our competitors charge. Secondly, our customer service team is available 24 hours a day and accessible to all our clients through multiple channels.

Secondly, since our customers are the reason we are in business, we pamper them so much. We ensure that all of them are always happy and satisfied and we get positive recommendations from them for this. Suffice to say the best and cheapest form of advertisement is positive recommendation from satisfied customers.

Thirdly, having started this business earlier than most of our competitors, we can comfortably say we have more experience than most of them.

Do you handle additional cleaning tasks apart from the normal ones?

Yes we do, in fact we look forward to such. But you need to notify us some days earlier to enable us fix it into our schedule. It is also good to let you know that this may attract additional charges even though it could be just a token.

Does someone have to be at home while the cleaning is done?

This is totally up to you. What matters to us is to gain access to your house whether someone is at home or not. Most of our clients usually prefer to be at work when the cleaning is done so that they can come home to a fresh and super clean apartment after a long day. But they usually do this after the first few visits. Certainly, it borders on trust.

At this point, it is necessary to let you know that all our employees are very honest and we have never encountered any theft issues since we have been operating here in Mississippi.

Do you come with your cleaning products and tools?

Yes, we do. We have been using our products for so many years. But we always upgrade our tools to be abreast of cleaning technology and to ensure that our clients get the best cleaning services.

Can I supply or recommend my cleaning products?

Sure you can supply yours. But you will send it to us before our visit so that we can study it and verify its safety. Same thing applies if you want to recommend your products. The difference is that it may cost you a little more if the recommended products are costlier than what we usually use.

Can I cancel any scheduled visit?

Sure, you can. You are free to cancel any schedule visit for any reason. But you have to do it before our staff leaves office, otherwise it will attract a token. And when you cancel it, we won’t ask questions. We just adjust our schedule immediately.

Do you still clean during snow?

Yes we still try as much as possible to clean during heavy snow. However, there have been times when we could not make it. We usually call the client and notify him or her ahead and also reschedule the cleaning.

Can I drop a copy of my keys permanently with you?

Yes, we will be glad as it makes our work a lot easier. It is also better for our clients too. They won’t need to be dropping their key anytime we are coming over. In fact, so many of our clients have dropped theirs with us. But it is against our policy to suggest it to our clients.

What happens if your staff misplaces my key?

Even though it has never happen and it may never happen, we will make another copy on our bill because the fault is ours.
